I'm the general manager at a Hotel nearby. I have been ordering from this location for almost 3 years now. However, in the last year they have changed management. My last 4 orders came in incorrectly so I called to speak with the manager. I explained to him how frustrated I was and that this was just not acceptable. He just said "okay you can come return the salad because my driver has three more orders". He didn't care one bit! Today they lost 1 customer who ordered at least 3 times a week and all the guests whom we share their delivery menus with. I rather promote a pizzeria that cares about their customers and the service in which they provide.
They will not be there long! Very unprofessional, lazy, ignorant. please don't waste your time. the last statement I heard was 85% (probably 10 people that went back) like the chicken like the way they gave it to me! Horrible! The young girl told me they make chicken in other places go there! I should thank her because I spend $40 a month at the spot by shop rite really good food there great customer service by the shop rite. Thanks again for having me go somewhere else! I give this place maybe a year! pending how much money the owner can lose!
Good food, but some of the associates can be completely rude and disgusting. Leave your problems at home or bitterness it doesn't help your business

I called for tacos and it took an hour and 20 minutes. They gave the delivery boy the wrong number so he was outside for 10 minutes he said. no napkins cuz I'm a savage apparently. asked for a Sprite and got a Coke. Asked for lettuce and tomato on my tacos and they forgot which this is not the first time it happens. big chunks of onion & a bunch of stems from their cilantro
